Brrr...It's Cold Out There!

Much of the North American continent is going through a frigid cold spell that could only be described as, "it's so cold it actually burns".

We have seen very balmy temperatures for the past month that we have become used to the great weather. Well, it has come back to bite us with a vengeance.

New Years eve was very mild, with temperatures hovering around the 3 degrees Celsius mark. Some places in Canada, including Toronto had mild drizzle on the eve.

Cold temperatures in general makes people feel rather depressed, so it's good to have a break once and a while. Even at the expense of the environment.

Looks like the cold with last though, with much of this week dipping the below zero degrees. It's alright, at least it's not snowing much this year. At least not yet anyway.
